'The breakfast was delicious, but the coffee was awful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. But the shower door wouldn't stay shut, so I ended up with a lot of water on the floor. Also, there were numerous cracked tiles in the bathroom.'

'It was a quick trip for me- just an overnight but the hotel was pretty nice for a quick visit! Room was very clean and very quiet, the staff was wonderful- very kind and did a great job assisting me with patience and kindness. Breakfast was fresh, hot and a great variety! I'll stay here again when passing through Austin!'

'MAIN CONCERN IS CLEANLINESS , WE FOUND DUST EVERYWHERE . LOOK LIKE THEY DID NOT VACCUM THE ROOM AFTER THE PREVIOUS CLIENT LEFT. EVEN ON THE WALK WAY AND ELEVATOR WE CAN SEE DIRT EVERYWHERE'

'Hotel was ok on first inspection but the cracks started to appear the more I looked. Some random spots on the duvet and pillow cases. A weird smoking smell appeared when we came back to the room for the night. Shampoo bottles about to fall off the wall and scuffs in the bathtub. Valet basically being the only parking option besides a beaten down lot across the street and a parking garage down the road. Overall, not a bad place if you only need a night, but I can’t imaging staying there for more...
