B&B in Texas

'We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed....

'Very private location and covered parking. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. No issues with check in or out, and good communication from the host. NOTE: this house did not have a television, which we didn’t realize until we got there. There is good WiFi so we were able to use our phones for entertainment, but no TV is really the only drawback. Would book again. '

'Truly a wonderful experience. Everything ran so smoothly, from booking to arriving and leaving. Not only is this place ADORABLE but the couple that owns the B&B are literal angels. The morning after our first night we attended the complementary breakfast with the owners and the rest of the guests. It was like we were one big family having breakfast together. So sweet. 'This is definitely a unique place to stay. The host that showed me the property was very nice and the property was so neat. There are artists that have rooms around the property. The room itself is a converted chicken coop. It had all the necessities you could need. Mini split and ceiling fan kept the room cool and there is also a microwave and mini fridge.
