'We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed....

'Greeted by the new owners, enjoyed a glass of wine while showing us the property and our room. We stayed in the prohibition room, bedroom was upstairs. Bed itself was a full, but sooooooooo extremely comfortable. Can’t wait to see all the new life brought into the place in the future!! Breakfast was AMAZING '

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would change would be the staff free check in. Some travelers may appreciate that, but it made it seem unwelcoming and more like an rental property. '
