PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. No smoking inside the rooms (smoking allowed in the garden, terrace and garage).
2. No BBQ inside the property (this includes garden and terrace/balconies).
3. No wild parties that can damage the property or the garden.
4. The gardener will come on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to clean the garden and water the grass (time can be scheduled as per the guests).
5. Please do not water the indoor plants. The gardener will water them.
6. There is a baby cot in the storeroom.
