The cleaning fee included in the price breakdown covers check-out cleaning only. For any additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Smoking and vaping inside the apartment are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in a charge or deduction from the security deposit.

Late check-out after 12:00 PM without prior approval will incur a fee of AED 400 per hour and is subject to availability.
