Bathroom ameniities were quite basic as well. We were asked to pay a security deposit with no communication as to when we will receive the credit back. 'Despite being in a 5 star property, the service was very bad. No one came for cleaning, we asked for bathrobes, slippers and coffees but no-one neither came nor replied to our calls. We're abandoned. It's unbelievable and unacceptable for a 5 star property. '
