Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR and its skyscraper by the sea, a leisure complex with international dining experience and sandy beach to relax on with family and friends. Lots of restaurant and cafe on the promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is the perfect spot where to find luxury fashion brands and more restaurants. A wide selection of activities can be done from there, yachts cruise through the iconic Dubai Marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving, zipline and much more.

The parking is available in all our properties. Taxis, on the other hand, are easy to find downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber app and Careem app are also great options to book a taxi from your smartphone. Many things are accessible by foot via Marina Walk (grocery stores, hairdressers, restaurants, beauty salon etc.) If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, the Dubai Marina Tram Station and Dubai Metro Station are only few minutes walking away. You can use the tram if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Palm Jumeirah. On the other hand, if you fancy going around Dubai through a train, you can go straight to Dubai Metro Station located on Al Marsa Street and buy yourself a metro card.
