'Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...

'It is obvious that this is one of the oldest hotels in this part of Dubai. However the rooms are spacious and the swimming pool is large. Biggest advantage is that the hotel is only two minutes from the WTC/exhibition halls, which it makes it an affordable choice during exhibition days.'

'Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed it so much! The Apartment was clean, fully furnished. Comunication with the team was easy and they all were extremly helpful and kind. We even got our room a bit before check in time. Mall is just accross the street! Really amazed and looking forward to come again. '
