This property is registered and approved by Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai. We adhere and follow all goverment related rules.
The security deposit will be collected prior to checkin and we offer multiple options for payment.
Security deposit will be fully refunded in local currency AED in-case of no damages or missing items from apartment.
