"I had to wait 30min to check…. After a 10h flight no so nice….. under staffed at the reception!"

"De kleuren van de kamer zijn wat ouderwets, maar het service niveau van het hotel is hoog en alle medewerkers zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een mooi en fijn hotel om met kinderen te verblijven."

"De kamer was top. Alleen in het weekend is verdieping 29 erg gehorig vanwege discotheek erboven. Kamer werd ook netjes bijgehouden 2 x per dag. Het zwembad was dicht dus mochten we gebruik maken van residence zwembad. Deze was echter niet optimaal schoon met wat tegels die kapot waren dus best gevaarlijk bedjes waren niet echt schoon en waren hier en daar kapot. Bar die er stond was niet echt sfeer en beleving. Eten in hotel was top alleen werd je sochtends niet echt opgemerkt dus moest vaak zelf vragen om koffie of thee want na een half uur verwacht je wel dat je opgemerkt wordt. Personeel was prima herkende ons ook na zoveel dagen dus wisten ons ook bij naam. Locatie is top overkant van metro en burj khalifa plus mall op loopafstand. "

He always seemed to know exactly what we needed and made us feel completely looked after. Ivy was just as fantastic, always smiling and making sure everything was perfect. Together, they turned a beautiful setting into an experience we’ll never forget. We’re also very grateful to Katie for all her help and the thoughtful gifts during our stay — such a lovely touch. And of course, a big thank you to the entire team at Mandarin Oriental Dubai. You all made this a holiday to remember, and we can’t wait to come back."

"Its a great hotel. The service of the staff was really great. The pool area and fitness were nice. Its a big place but its not unpleasant. Lot of restaurants in the hotel. Metro is 10 min walk away. We enjoyed our stay."

"The only positive about this hotel is the location. Otherwise expect to run several times to the reception for not working key cards and begging for missing towels. If you order food it just doesn't get delivered. Rooms are dirty. Matras cover too short. Mould everywhere in the corners in the bathroom. Worn out furniture. Small tv. Very slow or intermittent internet,... Do not book this hotel unless you like such misery."
