A little room, but what more do you need. Everything was fine, had a bathtub and a very good location, very nice and helpful staff!

De check-in duurde enorm lang! We hadden vier kamers in één reservering en een losse kamer, maar het duurde bijna 40 minuten voordat de receptie alles geregeld had met sleutels, formulieren invullen en dergelijke. Later tijdens ons verblijf moesten we ook nog dubbel betalen voor 2 van de kamers. Dit werd later wel uitgezocht en is netjes terug gestort. Maar dat helpt allemaal niet mee. Hotel ligt op een handige locatie op loopafstand van alle bedrijvigheid, echt top! In de buurt van het hotel ook veel opties voor diner en koffie (Murray's om de hoek is een aanrader). Ontbijt in het hotel is goed verzorgd en voor een goede prijs. Personeel in de bar is erg vriendelijk en eten was goed.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De omgeving heeft echter wat van zijn glans verloren. Het was er vies en luidruchtig, door de pubs om de hoek.

De ligging is goed. Het ontbijt is prijzig te weinig keuze. De kamers zijn echt schandalig klein zeker voor de prijs die ervoor betaald. Het is net een bezemkast, we hadden maar 1 koffer bij ons en zelfs die konden we niet kwijt . En het bed is ook echt heel klein , is een soort twijfelaar voor 2 volwassenen. Dit nooit meer ,genoeg andere keuze ,zeker voor dit geld

Het hotel zag er goed uit en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De kamer zelf was wel erg klein en het matras erg hard... maar erg lekker om weer eens in een bad te kunnen!

Too bad there was a beer garden under our window that was open until 03:00. Clean room, good bed, friendly staff, good hotel. Would stay there again.

De behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel.je ben echt op vakantie. Zo is onze kleine kamer omgeruild voor een ruimere en onze bagage overgebracht. Ook was alles omgezet. Fantastisch ontbijt echt van alles staat er en heerlijke koffie. Zelf cappuccino café late enz. Goede ligging om de hoek van O,connelystreet waar de hop on hop of staat. De bus vanaf en naar het vliegveld stopt voor de deur.

We were not able to get WiFi in our room. We wasted the better part of one day while they investigated the problem. They brought up a new temporary router which worked for a very short(approximately 1 hour) time and then would consistently drop you every few minutes. The manager said he was giving us complimentary dinner that night and breakfast in the morning for all the inconveniences. When we went for dinner we waited over 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us at our table. We finally asked if someone could come take our order. There were only 3 other tables seated at this time. A waitress came to take our food and drink order. We then waited quite awhile and wondering again if we had been forgotten. We told a lady we would like to have our drinks and she returned with a carafe of water, but not our drinks. Eventually our entrees came out, but not our salads. We had completely finished our entrees before we ever got our salads. When we went for breakfast in the morning the message was not relayed to the staff at the breakfast buffet that we were offered complimentary breakfast.

Location is perfect, just off O'Connell Street. The staff were friendly, informative and accommodating. Purchased the breakfast, well worth the price. We will stay are next visit.

No parking. Was told we had to park down the road at a third party parking lot and was told if we bring the ticket back we will get a discount. Did that and the staff said no discount because you need to stay at QParking for the discount. Also on Expedia states a Laundry but there wasn’t. Bed was hard and room was so small.

Dingy room, disfunctional shower and dirty bathroom. It’s in a dreadful area, parked across the street was a soup kitchen and about 50 down and outs queuing for food and locals screaming at them. The carpark is a distance away from the hotel and I wouldn’t want anyone I cared about walking to the hotel from there, day or night. I will NEVER go back and couldn’t wait to leave.

Hyvä, siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Hyvä hotelli lähellä palveluita. Kävelymatka kaikkiin keskeisiin Dublinin keskusta-alueen kohteisiin, bussit ja muut julkiset kulkevat ihan vierestä. Ystävällinen palvelu. Ei upouusi hotelli, joten vähän ajan patinaa pinnoissa, mutta siistiä ja siivous päivittäin. Hiljainen ja rauhallinen, ei juurikaan kuulunut ääniä huoneeseen. Hinta-laatusuhde oli todella hyvä, voisin mennä uudestaan.

Everything was great but the room was extremely small. However, this is the second stay here and it has a lot of positive attributes especially a central location for touring Dublin.

Tinha barulho de uma boate que funciona ao lado do hotel, mesmo com as janelas fechada dava para ouvir até por volt de 2h. Não tinha shampoo, condicionador e creme no banheiro. Pelo valor da diária deveriam colocar essas amenidades.

It’s was quite modern only reason it wasn’t a 5 star visit as the gym was pretty small and there wasn’t a pool or a smart tv just little something to kill sometime when you’re back at the hotel for a few hours
