Dear CharlesThank you for your feedback. It would have been nice to address these issues while you were staying with us, however, it was not mentioned to us during your stay so we didn't have the opportunity to make things right. As you departed early from the hotel we kindly agreed to a refund that you requested. As it was approximately 6.30am in the morning our AM team was still due to start. The request for a refund also had to go through Expedia and then back to us as it was a third party booking. We then approved the refund for the early departure and issued it later on that day.
