Rustig hotel in het hart van het centrum
Het hotel is ( zonder Google Maps) niet zo makkelijk te vinden want het is in een klein steegje. Eigenlijk zijn het een paar appartementen in een huis, er is dus geen receptie o.i.d. De ( door mij gebelde) eigenaar kwam me direct op een afgesproken punt halen, droeg mijn zware koffer naar boven wat ik zeer attent vond. Boven trof ik een ruime kamer, een goed bed, een lekkere douche en een kleine (volledig ingerichte) keuken. Al met al een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Een aanrader.

This is a guest house (not hotel), in the heart of the Old Town. The location is great for that reason. However, the location is also bad for that reason, in that you have to walk in with your luggage (no cars in the Old Town) and this place is a little difficult to locate. As a guest house this place does ..not have a front desk, and you have to arrange with the owners to have someone let you in. Through some miscommunication there was no one there for us. (Thankfully another guest let us in.) The rooms were small, but neat and clean. Comfortable beds, and the rooms have a small fridge and hot water kettle. However we did not receive a refill of coffee, etc. for our second day there.

Fabulous property, adjacent to the Jesuit Steps. Our Room 7 looked out at the Jesuit Church and the Steps. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, with loads of hot water and high pressure shower. Our room immaculate, beds very comfortable, also has fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Air con and heating fully adjustable if needed. Windows open fully. Excellent communication. Everywhere in Old Dubrovnik easily walkable in 10 minutes. The perfect base for a 2-3 day visit. Thank you.

The location was perfect. On a quiet side street and a minute walk to so many restaurants, bars and shops. Online check in was easy and we were buzzed in the front door when we arrived. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really appreciated the extra welcoming touch of a complimentary bottle of wine with glasses that was left for us in the room. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The Rilati has a great location in the old walled town within easy walking distance of everything. The room was clean and attractive. The owners were friendly and helpful with left luggage, directions etc. Note that if you choose to pay at the property you can only pay in cash. Also, there is no elevator so those with mobility issues should be prepared for stairs. All in all a great little place and I would stay again.

No queda claro. Que no hay una recepción. Que se deben subir escalones para llegar al hotel. Que no tiene elevador. Y todo esto lo hace muy incómodo. No hay recepción. Las habitaciones están bien. Y tener que pagar en efectivo.

The room was very spacious, upgraded and very nice location in the old town. Easy to access, there is no front desk staff. But thru texted with easy instructions and buzzed us in when we arrived. We knew there were stairs so we only brought our backpacks in. We had to park our car about a 30 minute walk away. Would highly recommend the rooms.

Rilati Hotel is a tremendous place to stay. Our group of seven couples all stayed there for between two to three nights. We all liked it. My wife and I had the top room (actually three separate rooms) which we used as a place to gather each evening for some wine before going out to dinners. Fantastic hotel/location

The location was great for the property. We apparently booked the economy room which is fine had they told us the door to our room with the bed opened directly to the walkway that is well traveled and noisy. People tried our door after 10:00pm and then a group of people stood outside talking loudly at 12:30am and then the garbage collectors and such around 5:00 am. If booking someone into this room I believe you should let them know. I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. Not worth the $140 euros we spent for the room.

Nice guest house on a quiet backstreet in the old town. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Minimal facilities. Lots of stairs to get there, more stairs once we arrived - so maybe not the best spot for people who don't like to climb stairs. We had a great time in Dubrovnik, would recommend Rilati for a stay.

Fantastic location although a little tricky to find initially. Be prepared for stairs if you have a lot of luggage. The bathroom was a great size and very clean.

Great but one big flaw
This place is all about location, close to everything. It was hard(ish) to find the first time but it’s right by the stairs and google maps makes you go the back way. The room was great and couldn’t hear any noise from the outside. It was clean, bathroom had everything you needed. The only issue, the noise from the front door. I stayed for 3 nights and every night I was woken up multiple times by guests trying to close the door. You have to really push/pull hard but often it was slammed. If they could fix the door it would be a great place to stay.

¡Excelente lugar de hospedaje! Se encuentra en Oldtown en una excelente ubicación de manera que se puede pasear durante la noche y en la mañana temprano por los callejones y rincones de esta bellísima ciudad. La comunicación con los anfitriones siempre fue muy buena y amable. El espacio está bellamente adornado y decorado y todo muy limpio, a pesar de ser notoriamente un edificio muy antiguo. Agradezco la botella de vino, aunque al probarlo sí es notorio que es de muy baja calidad. Pero se siente bien ser recibido con un detalle así.

Within 50 steps of the staircase, it’s just on a quaint alleyway. Checkin was quick and checkout was just as quick. The room was excellent for location, quality, and the price point. I would absolutely stay here again. (Solo male traveller)
