'We are a couple and were making a road trip through several states and had booked a room for 2 nights. The room was so terrible tiny (have never seen this...) you could not even place the suitcases and there was absolutely no ventilation, window could not be opened. The bed was terribly small for 2 people to sleep. I did not sleep at all, having an awful next day. For breakfast there was no toast bread, only bagels already placed on the table the day before, we saw them, how can you accept...

'We stayed 2 days and 2 nights. We had no television remote, therefore no entertainment, not even music for the entire stay. I even asked them to provide us with a tv remote after the first night, and explained the problems we were we were having getting anything on the tv to work without it. And still, even after promising to bring us another remote, they never came. Additionally, there was no exhaust fan in the restroom, nor was there a working smoke detector or fire alarm device in the room...
