Room
We are renting a new and modern, fully equipped house on two floors.
Our house is located in the Dalmatian hinterland, only 25 kilometers from Split, a beautiful city on the Adriatic coast.
On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room, a large kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom and a storage room.
On the upper floor there are three large bedrooms, a bathroom and access to a large balcony.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while one room has three single beds.
There are seven beds in the house, but if necessary, additional beds can be used, so the capacity of the house is a maximum of nine people.
In front of the house there is a large, fully fenced garden and a swimming pool.
Near the pool there are sun loungers, and in front of the house there is a large table with a barbecue.
In the garden there are also facilities for children such as trampolines and swings.
In front of the house there is a private parking lot for a large number of vehicles.
Available to guests
Guests have access to everything in the house and yard during their stay.

The capacity of the house is 7 + 2 (7 regular beds + 2 extra beds/sofa).

The nearest beach is 25 km (approximately 20 minutes by car) from the house.

The nearest shop, restaurant, pharmacy and cafe are 5 km from the house.
