'I asked to check in one hour early, they stated that I had to pay a $30 fee. The check-in time was supposed to be between 330 to 4. I tried to put the code in a little after 345 but it didn’t work. I called the service line to let them know I was having issues and they told me I was 12 minutes too early. The hot tub pipes were busted. There were signs all over the house stating not to eat or drink in different areas. We ended up not staying. Would not recommend. '

Its size is definitely for one or two people. Could be more cleaner in the bathroom and kitchen; JS had to clean the cups and utensils before using them as they clearly had stains. '

There were a few minor issues that were promptly addressed by the host who was on top of it quickly. Check in was easy. This was our second stay in the unit and and they added a touch pad lock this time which made it much easier to come and go. '
