'Never send me the email with the ibstructions that was supposed I should receive 24 hour prior 3pm when I could access to the propierfy. They advertise that have luggage storage and it's not true! I mailed them asking fir instructions about it and never answred back. The instructions are very general instead individualized and there are many complications to find the front desk.
