'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at One Rhythm Villa. Ms Annette’s cooking and hospitality was amazing. The nearby local establishments were very accommodating and friendly. With being steps away from the beach, the location couldn’t be better for rest and relaxation.'

Our lovely & gracious cook & housekeeper, Ms. Kerine, prepared delicious meals daily & made our stay very comfortable & delightful! The security guard, Andrew, was friendly, cheerful, & attentive & made us feel safe the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed his guided tour to the calm cove for cliff jumping & snorkeling! 'Celebrated my Mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is adding to the posting that food is additional and not part of staff cost as well as suggested 15% gratuity based on price of rental so people know up front prior to booking.'

'Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!'

'This was one of the best vacation I had in a long time.. The place is safe and great for family we all loved. The kids enjoyed themselves everyday at the pool.. Its not too far from St Ann Bay you can do shopping/grocery. Lots of attractions near by.. this is 2 thumbs up 👍 Ps. The host and Manager were great..'

'I’m not even sure where to start!! From the time Mr. Munroe picked us up at the airport until he dropped us off at the end of our vacation we had an amazing time! Mr. Munroe is a true gentleman and will take you wherever you want to go. Not once were we bored, so close to the beach, the lagoon is fun to explore in. Beautiful turquoise water.So picturesque !! The locals are so friendly. Just footsteps away on the beach there are 2 small bars, a restaurant and fresh coconuts ! I suggest finding...

'The Villa is perfect for a group, we loved the private pool. We were able to book different things easily, the communication was fast and they provided the things we requested such as a bbq and transfers. The only things we didn’t like was the noise outside from construction to the main house and the kitchen did not have a coffee maker that was functional. Overall I definitely recommend this place.'

'Clean and spacious, ideal for a quiet get away with the family. All amenities are close - within driving distance. Would come back to stay again!'

'The design and layout of the house was more impressive than we could imagine from the online photos. Arriving to have a butler and kitchen staff was unexpected also. Not having to cook or clean is truly a vacation. We saved so much with the kitchen staff rather than eating out every meal. We highly recommend this property and the excellent staff than comes with it.'

'The manager was rude and abusive to us and to Expedia when trying to resolve a problem. The description is false - there is no ocean view. Would have been helpful to know we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap. Would be nice to know this is a gated community and a rental car is needed to get groceries, get to swimming pool or eat out.'

Firstly, I have to mention how kind and helpful the staff were because when we arrived they offered my guests some food which tasted amazing. If you are hesitant about this place, don’t be! 'We had an absolutely lovely time at Sandpebbles. The house is very clean and right on an ideal bay. While the house was wonderful, the staff there was the real highlight. Dell is a phenomenal cook, asked us what we would like (we went local) and proceeded to make delicous meals.
