'Well-appointed and immaculate home with views from everywhere centrally located on Lake Cayuga. Enjoyed preparing meals in well-equipped kitchen and savouring morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on sun porch. Had the privilege of bringing our two Portuguese water dogs who settled in quickly and enjoyed the home as much as us!!!! The owner Joyce checked in by text immediately on our arrival to ensure everything perfect. Would definitely return.'

'Farmhouse is exactly as listed. Well maintained, very clean, comfortable beds and just a neat old farmhouse. Check and out was easy, even gave us an early check in. It is located in the country but half way between Ithaca and Watkins Glen.'

'The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day.'

Not only that historic house is greatly upgraded, but its location close to Seneca lake and animals farm makes it unique for vacation, or work out of the office. 'We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay. 'My family had an amazing stay. This was the perfect location for my family. We enjoyed being able to watch the deer and see baby turkeys. The house is spacious and so cozy. Had amazing communication with no issues. The best thing about our stay was the day we came back and there was a deer right outside the door. Although out in the country still very close to town and everything you need.'
