Booked a king, and notated I had a registered service dog. Arrived, front doors were locked, stood outside knocking for about 20min, then the clerk pulls up in a car, they weren’t even in the office. He Insisted I pay additional fee for my dog. I travel weekly and have NEVER been charged for my service dog, he is NOT a pet, and I even showed him his credentials. Then they told me I couldn’t have the king room because of my dog, and gave me a unacceptable room, with no refund. I will be filing a complaint with their corporate office, and the ADA, Americans with Disabilities for discrimination.
