I want to say that the receptionists was very nice. The pictures that are in expedia to have an idea how the rooms look like and the hotel is nothing close on reality. The pictures that expedia are way nicer. The rooms don't look like that, they are way older. The hotel needs a major fixing. Honestly, the hotel is falling apart. At night I guess the next door guest was smoking, and all the smell of cigarette went to my room. And it was soo creepy looking hotel when I got there, that I didn't feel safe.

I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. I was not given enough time to cancel. I have the insurance for the booking and all I feel is I get a runaround when I call the hotel didn’t have a proper lock on the room door. I sat on the bed, and the bed almost flipped over, the curtain had burn marks on the window overall, the room seemed dirty. We ended up having to get another hotel room somewhere else and did not stay and now I am trying to get a refund for at least partial or all of my stay, which I paid in advance will never go back there .

Cuando llegamos a las 11:00 pm para hacer el cheking no habia nadie. Llamamos y nadie nos atendio. Viajamos de miami a cristal lake por 4 horas y perdimos la reservacion. Tuvimos que irnos para otro hotel y pagar nuevamente. El lugar estaba horrrible y sucio en la afueras.

We would not recommend this place. We didn’t feel safe. Trash was left out for a day and a half outside by the trash bins. There was a pile of things under the stairwell-clothing, unmatched shoes and food trash. It was there for three days before it got picked up. Nobody is at the front desk you have to call them and they will come in. Our toilet quit flushing so we called and met him at the desk asking for a plunger and they said they would bring one up later. We left- a day earlier than expected but we couldn’t handle it anymore. rooms are in bad shape. The pool is a duckpond with trash and green. Our

I reserved an advertised room with cable tv, and a coffee maker for 2 adults. I assume that includes adequate towels, cups, and soap, which it didn’t. There was no coffee maker, I had to request more towels and cups, and the tv did NOT work. I was told that’s why the rate was cheap!!!The pool was greenish black with a pair of mallard ducks swimming in it. Honest to God! No chairs outside. The light fixtures were tattered and torn and the ones on the headboard didn’t work at all. The bathroom light didn’t have a cover at all. The only good thing about the room was it had been cleaned and inexpensively painted, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. I only remained there because I had searched a long time for an affordable room near this location, and it was too late to change my reservation. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The only reason I stayed after checking in was because it was late and I was traveling all day with my 9 month old. The parking lot is full of deep pot holes, the room had no tv, trash in the hallway, dead roach in the room, dirty walls, ripped bedding the and AC barely cools. Never again!

This hotel is a low budget dump that charges to much. I paid 95 dollars and the place is not even worth 20 bucs. Its noisy, dirty, and just plain ghetto!!!

Words cannot describe this place, but I'll try
I'm usually really good about looking at reviews before I book a hotel. Apparently this time, I did not do that. Wow. So, the positives: 1) Attractive price [everything is SO expensive these days; it's hard to be able to find ANY hotel room under $100/night - this one fits the bill.] 2) Decently convenient - we were going to legoland for the weekend and it was only a 10 min drive away. 3) Comfortable beds and clean linens 4) Nice office chair and serviceable desk in the room. 5) blackout curtains worked.6) Room was relatively clean and the floor had been updated. Now, the negatives: 1) the pics in the listing do not represent the rooms. 2) No insulation in the room - and you're right on the highway - so you can hear eveything; bring earplugs 3) Locks don't necessarily work; either does the hot water (one of our rooms had it; one didn't). 4) If you want to watch TV, you can. But bring a firestick and a hotspot (no cable hookup; no wifi that we knew of). 5) No other normal hotel room amenties like a coffee pot or an ice bucket or a hand towel or a phone. No place to hang clothes (but there ARE drawers to put folded clothes in). 6) Check in and check out is time-limited and you can't go in the lobby. You have to call a number and the guy comes to take care of what you need. We didn't have any issues checking in or out because we did so at normal times. 7) Generally dilapidated; don't know if the property is in the process of being renovated or if it's just always like this.

This facility house prostitutes, drug users. When you get there you have to wait outside cause doors are close and have to wait a long time for someone to answer. We pay so much and not even the WiFi was working. The bathroom was discussing and the barely give you any of the stuff you need. To make matters worst after paying on line they charge you another $50 dollars deposit. I feel they false advertisement cause they don’t even serve breakfast cause the kitchen isn’t working. I don’t recommend it to nobody specially w kids.

Poor Support
I had been traveling for 17hrs straight, had other plans to stop for the night (1 am), but decided to try and find a room for the night. Found this hotel that allowed me to reserve a room even though it was 1am. Thinking that the front desk would be open, drove to hotel to find it was closed at 10. No one around, and no way to get a refund for a stay that I should not have been allowed to make a reservation for if they were closed.

This property could be used for a set of a scary movie. The hotel looks abandoned and broken down. The pool is filled with dirty black water, windows are broken and the facilities are the worst I have seen. It looks abandoned and should be, however, we found this option on the internet and were unfamiliar with the area. The pictures do not feel accurate. This is not a safe or clean place for humans.

This property looks nothing like the photos very dirty looks like a place where drug activities go on and crime.. The staff was not there when we try to check out. I would not ever stay at this place again not a Family friendly establishment..

When we arrived the office doors were locked. There was a sign which listed a number to call. I dialed the number and while it was still ringing, a man came and asked what we wanted. We said we wanted to check in. He unlocked the door and checked us in. We went to our room. The door was very hard to open and close. The floors were very dirty. The shower curtain was filthy. Surprisingly, the beds were clean and comfortable. In the morning, we went to check out and the office doors were locked again. The number on the door reached an ex-employee in another state. He gave us a couple other numbers to try, but no one answered. We called him back and he told us to leave our room keys in the Hertz rental car box. No one ever came. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Booked a king, and notated I had a registered service dog. Arrived, front doors were locked, stood outside knocking for about 20min, then the clerk pulls up in a car, they weren’t even in the office. He Insisted I pay additional fee for my dog. I travel weekly and have NEVER been charged for my service dog, he is NOT a pet, and I even showed him his credentials. Then they told me I couldn’t have the king room because of my dog, and gave me a unacceptable room, with no refund. I will be filing a complaint with their corporate office, and the ADA, Americans with Disabilities for discrimination.

Well i have alot to say about this hotel. For staters it didnt have up a sign with the hotel name on it but it had a name of a restaurant and i had to make a few u turns to find the hotel. When i got to the hotel the door was locked and i had to call the number on the door it took the guy 20 min to open the door. They have a sign up saying that they can refuse anyones service so pretty much you have to be nice even if they are rude. I think this is a private owned hotel. The hours are from 9am-10pm. Which means you have to check in by 10pm if not you will not get fefunded and you cant check out before 9am. It was a very bad experience i had reservations for a bout tour and almost missed it because the office dont open until 9am. Will not ever book there again!
