'Hotel is gedateerd en zeer vies. Bij binnenkomst in de kamer treffen we nagels van iemand anders aan. Daarnaast zijn er vele haren aanwezig. Kortom vies en slecht onderhouden. Toen we de receptionist dit aangaven deed hij hier lacherig over en wenste ons een fijne dag. Kortom eenmalig en geen aanrader om naartoe te gaan.'

'Ebb Dunedin appears to be a newish hotel, it is close to main shopping area and has parking beneath (extra charge). There is a cafe on site but due to our arrival time, was Closed. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with usual tea / coffee making, fridge and stocked mini bar. There is a tv but unable to stream to it. The staff were friendly & professional. 'The stay in the stables is poor, even for a low-budget version of the castle. The rooms are very noisy, not only noises from the guests next door (even if they do it quietly) but also from the noisy staff who start preparing breakfast at just after 6:00 am. Lots of loud talking and the radio on. The breakfast itself is good, but the breakfast location (the stable) is cold, (coincidentally?) the heating is partly defective, especially when the stable doors open on both sides because guests also...
