'It was cold early April. At night around 29 degrees, but up to 65 in the sunny afternoon. We were two couples and a dad with an 11 year old, which was an awkward fit for the space. 'The house was wonderful, in a quiet neighborhood that was perfectly located close to most major attractions. There was a nice back yard for pets and children to play. The house had many extras that were not mentioned in the description. There was a washer and dryer available! The living room had couch that is a triple recliner! We had a wonderful spring break.'

'There’s so many things to love about this Lakehouse. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. 'The house was absolutely perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. We were in Erie for the PMEA All State music festival and it was so nice to have a home base for the weekend. The house was absolutely immaculate, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Janelle was so quick to respond to messages and made terrific suggestions for places to eat in the area. If we are ever in Erie again, we would love to return to the Blue House!'

'Our stay was perfect!! The house was stocked with everything. The best part was we could sit in the living room, which is very cozy, and see the lake. Perfect spot for a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset when we were there. The to a small beach area is another plus. Now for the owner Stacey, she was very nice and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. My friend and I are clean freaks and the house was SPOTLESS! Only downside was check out time is 10 am. We felt rushed....

'The listing stated that there was 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full We had 3 couples with us and this listing of the sleeping arrangements were inaccurate. There was a king, a full, and 3 twin beds. This made for sleeping extremely difficult. Had we known the accurate sleeping arrangements, we would have made different accommodations. The house itself was clean and beautiful, it just did not accommodate for the size of our party.'
