'The description of the property was very descriptive. We booked the master suite which turned out to be a bedroom with a shared bathroom. We were never shown the lounge or the dining room. The hosts were never around. There was no fire alarm in the kitchen. There were no procedures regarding fire etc. The place is very very tired and looked uncared for. We would definitely not recommend this property.'

'Seemed clean enough but was a bit of a dive. Noisy with fire doors banging. Parking to check in was difficult until got access to the parking thru the barrier, probably limited parking if you arrive late.'

'Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Great proximity to Harry Potter Studios and walking distance to a yummy pub. Off-street parking. Note shared bathroom. We had noisy neighbors at 2 am but not the fault of the B and B.'

'Alie was a wonderful host and came quickly to welcome me and offered to help with my bags. The room was great, really clean and the bathroom was perfect. Might have liked a little more room to hang clothes but there were hangers on the back of the door. Alie also offered me an iron and board and said to call on her if I needed anything. Room had kettle, tea, coffee and water too. Really comfy bed. My only issue us that I was woken up one morning by someone having sex!! I'm not sure from which...

'The cost was just within my budget. Very basic & affordable. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secure. You get what you pay for. I didn’t need to use the shared spaces. Would return 😊'

'Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue.'

'Perfect location for Wembley as only 2 stops on the tube. Place is spotless & the room was spacious. I would definitely stay here again when going to see a concert in Wembley, as I felt totally safe travelling solo from venue back to hotel late at night.'

'The property is well located with multi storey car park nearby and the river views very welcoming. Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. '

'No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived'

'Host very welcoming, room clean and suitable for a family of 3. No problems with a shared bathroom. Only a 5 minute walk to the station, and very easy access to Wembley Park (also helps that you go away from the majority of the crowd in the station when leaving 👍). Would stay again.'
