'The room was pristine, the breakfast was excellent and all the staff friendly and efficient. One member of staff, John, was particularly lovely and went out of his way to help us on the afternoon we arrived early before our room had been cleaned. He let us into the room to change for the wedding we were going to and gave us some towels to freshen up. Also, the following day he went out of his way to help find us a taxi which was proving very difficult!'
