'The house was great for our group and the location was great for the event we were there for. The hot tub was a great perk! The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was it was listed as a duplex, and didn’t realize the other side would be occupied. Unsure if another VRBO guest or VRBO owner. Other than that, the house was great!'

'the property was not worth the price. second bed was not a king as stated. pulling back covers revealed a hair ball causing guests to sleep in their clothes. heat in lower level was non existent … guests staying there also slept in clothes. Remodel was subpar; while we did not use shower/bath the remodel included corrugated metal tub surround. for around 800 for checkin at 2 pm and checkout less than 24 hrs later we expected more. '

Hannah was such a receptive host, was prompt to answer any questions I had and even allowed us to check in early. In the morning it was so relaxing to sit and look out at the gorgeous view and even watch the deer come in the yard. The house was clean and spacious. 'The property is located right in the heart of Lake City, next to Lake Pepin! It's easy to get to and has a nice set up with an open kitchen to living room concept which is great for a stay with friends or family! The sauna is nice and the backyard looked perfect for summer hangouts (we were there in January so couldn't enjoy that but I imagine it's nice!)'
