'The house was in superb condition, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and well appointed. Would highly recommend to any family or group planning to ski Purgatory. Make sure you have a 4WD vehicle in winter, as the road to access the house can be snowy/icy. We did see three pickup trucks from Texas stuck in the ditch having slid off the side of the road.'

'All the good things about camping, without the actual camping! The bed is comfy, the shower warm, and the electric kettle all we needed for hot drinks in the morning. This place is lovely, quiet, and literally within stumbling distance of Durango hot springs. The food trucks there are the real thing if you need dinner. And you can even have a campfire if you want. The windows and skylights are a neat touch and add to the ambiance. '
