'We first stayed here 4 years ago and met Keira. We had been traveling all night and she arranged early check in and was just so helpful our entire stay. When we booked this year I hoped she would be there still and she is. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests have what they need, even personally delivering extra towels to our room. She greets you every time you enter the lobby and gives great suggestions on food and things to do in the local area when asked. The nicest and friendliest...

'The manager gave us two rooms. In both rooms the A/C put out such a foul smell that we could not stay there. When we asked for a refund he did not argue. Gave us a refund and was very nice about it.'

The breakfast could have had fruit, eggs and waffle machine like most free breakfast has. and no elevators> That did not bother us. However, some need elevators and carts to stay longer.
