'The staffs were all accommodating, friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed throughout the 4 days 3 nights stay. The waterpark experience was so pleasant, the lifeguard was very attentive. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. I did not realise when booking that there would not be a separate shower. There...
