'Our room was spacious with a lounge seating area. The room was tastefully decorated with an updated bathroom. It had all the conviences, ie. USB outlets(yay), hairdryer, coffee or tea, kettle, etc. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay again. Loved it!'

'Comfortable room- good facilities- fridge, kettle and coffee machine- fresh milk, tea bags and pods provided. Continental breakfast was good, cooked breakfast in sister hotel was also very good. Lounge room was great space for all of the group to congregate in the evening '

'I’d give Melin Tregyb 5* for cleanliness and the room was large and airy with a very comfortable double bed. The owners were very quick to respond to emails but it would be comforting for me, as a solo traveller, to have an hour per day when the owners could be guaranteed to be in the building. '

'Had a lovely time staying here. Different from staying in a hotel. Hot drinks offered to us every time we came in. Beautiful big bedroom with a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Clean, tidy, really comfortable bed. Had the best 2 nights sleep I’ve had for ages. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the proprietors are lovely, warm, friendly people. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thank you both x'
