Follow the granite steps toward the fire pit area, or perhaps to one of the three docks on the property, and enjoy the 400' of frontage in the privacy of your own bay! With deep water off the end of the docks, this property also features a sandy beach walk-in. The Great Room welcomes guests with a feeling of warmth and spaciousness. Exemplifying the finest in craftsmanship with antique hemlock floors, exposed beams, a jaw-dropping floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and a wall of windows offering unbeatable lake vistas. With comfortable seating around the TV and fireplace for the whole family, this room will surely be a guest favourite. Tucked behind the stone fireplace and up a small set of stairs, guests will find yet another sitting area, equipped with a small games' table.

Ideal for entertaining, the lower level features a fully-equipped wet bar, a games table, a shuffleboard & pool table! Additional refrigerator and freezer also found on lower level. A new and extensive gym has been placed with free weights, a Peloton Bike, water rowing machine along with a variety of yoga essentials.
THEATRE ROOM
The lower level theatre room is equipped with a majestic and extremely comfortable double sized couch and a large flat-screen TV to fit the entire family for movie night.

Ideal for weekend guests or extended family, the coach house offers a second, fully-equipped living space just above the garage! Boasting A/C, a kitchenette, 1 Queen bedroom and a 3-piece bathroom.

This cottage includes 6 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals
