'Good hotel to stay in Baddi'

'It was a great stay'

'Very nice property, highly recommend to others.. peaceful location and helpful staff..'

'feel like home in this place. The place was very clean and the staff was always very helpful. I hope more people could have this experience. Thank you King Palace Hotel!!'

'View of the town and sense of history was great'

'The views from our duplex were great and the room itself was fairly cozy for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. However, the staff behaved unprofessionally from the get go. For instance, once we got there, the person at the reception tells me I have a booking with code EP3 and asked me to explain what it was. I was a little flustered and mentioned how I just booked through Expedia and shouldn't they know the internal codes. He somehow makes it sound like I made some error and need to explain...

'great place in a serene and calm location away from the hustle-bustle, nice view, very helpful host, very convenient. Would be visiting soon again.'

'1. I had confirmed room booking. Reception said that rooms are not available. Room given had heavy odour of smoke. 2. Wifi was not operational. '

'The rooms were not of good condition, doors were not getting locked properly, food was not of great quality, other basic amenities were not provided! '

'Checked into the hotel and immediately checked out. Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Bed didn’t have clean sheets. When asked for different sheets was just brought a different used sheet. Would suggest staying elsewhere. '
