'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'Great spot for heated rivalry fan. They filmed at the hotel and a bunch of other tourist spots from the show are close by, so it was great for that. Lots of other convenient things in the area. Just sucks that downtown was a little sketchy.'
