'We arrived and no notes online or on drive in they were redoing parking lot. The lady doing the evening checkin was extremely rude and when handing card said my room number is wrote down when I asked for directions and where my room was. '

'Its quite rare to find this hidden gem hotel which is slightly secluded from hustle bustle of tourist area but at the same time easy to reach if needed. This town and the hotel has all the amazing views of the mountain with iconic green bridge. The room was very clean with all the amenities you might need for your stay, and very knowledgeable front desk staff. It was quite nice for them to give a short history talk about the place and suggestions of all the place to go nearby. Would highly...

'Great fit for me (dad) and 2 boys! The pool and hot tub were perfect, the room clean, the location great, and a charging point station was 700 feet away. The breakfast was a fantastic bonus with some really good cheese omelets, link sausages, juices, yogurt, self-made waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, and decent coffee. The property is not perfect with the rooms smelling a bit stuffy, but you can't expect 4-star when you pay 2-star prices ... that trade off works or me every time.'

'There were multiple hot tubs, rooms were clean with a good view, and staff were very friendly. The parking was close by. The only thing that was a little awkward was there were stairs involved getting to my room. There’s elevators in the place, but when going further down the highway, it involves stairs.'

'The staff was great and to room was really nice but it was clear that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well lots of little curly hairs left in the bathtub. But overall very nice stay!!! Would definitely recommend!'
