'The cottage was perfect for our visit to Ashland and the Redwoods. The location in Jacksonville close to food and shopping along with easy access to Medford and Ashland was ideal for us. The cottage was comfortable and I loved the chairs out front to read and enjoy the weather.'

'Len provided me with an outdoor table and extra chairs so I could have dinner outside with my family because one had the flu. So wonderful to be able to socialize with everyone without risking getting the flu! House was very comfortable and well supplied. Close to downtown and hiking. Off street parking for one car. Thank you so much!!!'

'The area is nice it’s near town. The house isn’t very clean. There’s stains on the carpet, The floor wasn’t clean. The silverware and knife’s played some were not washed they had previous guests stuff in them. The pots don’t work for cooking very well they are pretty old. We found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen unfortunately. The house is nice it just needs more keeping up with and for it to be cleaned.'
