The oven wasn’t working, but communication with the host was excellent and they did their best to try and resolve it. 'Upon arrival, the lock code provided did not work, and the Wi-Fi password we received was incorrect. Since there was no cellular service, we were unable to contact you. After a long time, we eventually managed to enter the house through a back door and verified the correct Wi-Fi password. It wasn’t until the following day that we received the correct entry code for the front door.
