'Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold.'

'We came at this hotel and instantly it felt good, very friendly and helpfull staff very clean everywhere. The pool was small but also clean, the room same high quality and clean with shower comfort from grohe just like home👍.you really could see that the staff do all efforts to give there guest a warm welcome in a cleaned room..you get alot of value for youre money. we certainly come back here at the next time'

'Could not charge lunch or dinner to the room. Had to pay cash for any items.
All the rooms my group were in terrible shape. Bathroom was dismal at best. Unfinished painting on bathroom door, Mold and open wall electrical panel.
Breakfast was average at best. Cold and stale breads, and croissants.
For the price paid there is many other hotels that totally Outclassed the Best Western.
I highly recommend that anyone should take a look around before even thinking about the Best Western. "I...
