'Great breakfast'

'Hot tub not working again the last 3 times we have stayed here it has not been working but is still showing they have it as an amenity …I have photos of how gross the clean job was bugs in all window sills bugs and webs all over the stairwell and in the lights it was covered in dead bugs. Room had an old pop cup on the shelf from a and w and toilet paper beside the bed on the floor … they had to move us rooms 3 times ( similar issue the last time we stayed as well ) we paid for a king room...

'The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But that is were it ended. When we arrived to check in @1400 the front door was locked. We knocked and no answer. They had a phone number to call. We did they arrived 10 mins later. During check in I wanted to pay with my debt card. Which the clerk took down like a credit card and was able to charge my debit card with no pin. I was not able to choose which account to take the money from. Then we got in the room the air conditioner was set at 61. It...
