'Venus was great and ensured that we had everything that we needed. The house itself is a great property. Great sized rooms, and backyard for kids to be able to run around in. If you’re looking for a spacious home away from home, I would highly recommend checking this place out!'

'We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was in the perfect location for us—close to downtown, Overton Square, and also close to Radians Amphitheater where we attended a music festival. It was central to all the things! The house is beautiful, and we had everything we needed. We communicated with the hosts with some questions, and they responded quickly and kindly. We loved EVERYTHING about this property. We are already talking about making another trip to Memphis and staying there...

'The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. '

'Comfortable beds, private parking behind fence, location, bathrooms awesome, roomy, grandkids loved the kid's room. Kelly was great to work with during a small hiccup with getting into the house at first. She also kept us abreast of a power outage that occurred one day we were in town but were not at the house.'
