'There with a friend for a concert - we wanted someplace with easy access to the L Train. This was definitely it! We were on the 2nd floor with a window right next to the tracks and could barely hear the train go by. Didn't hear any of our neighbors, and the staff was always helpful and friendly! '

"Perfecte ligging doch soms lawaai en drukte aan de liften omwille van drukbezochte rooftop. Lift B werkte niet waardoor we 20minuten in onwetenheid stonden te wachten (na 3 meldingen geen feedback of alternatief voorgesteld) uiteindelijk met bagage naar rooftop gegaan waar ze ons wel hielpen. Service in lobby kon beter. Ander personeel was heel erg vriendelijk."
