'Lovely spot. Got a free upgrade to a waterfront room, employees were extremely friendly and welcoming. Yes, the room was outdated but thats the charm of the place. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, and a great espresso machine in the rooms with local coffee pods. We had dinner at their restaurant - amazing food and service. 'Very good room that is well located in St Helens for all the amenities of the town. Immensely well kept room and the block has great laundry facilities. Piece of feedback puzzled why no shelf for toiletries in shower even thought fittings there and also no door hooks for towels even though holes there. Add to this query why provide a “kitchenette” with all items but have to use bathroom sink to wash items that’s not ideal having to wash and wash up in. Overall good comfortable apartment.'

'We had a great stay in the garden cabin and enjoyed it very much. The only thing that was annoying was that the mosquito screen failed and it made the night restless being bitten. The employee was very understanding but couldn’t solve it. That was a pitty. '

"Bij aankomst konden we kiezen uit twee kamers (goede service) erg aardige mevrouw . We kregen een voucher van 10 dollar om wat te drinken , leuk ! Op de kamer kwamen we erachter dat de privacy wat tegenviel omdat er geen deur tussen de kamers zat . Er was geen mogelijkheid om jassen op te hangen en kleding op te bergen (behalve een 30 cm brede kast dus te weinig voor vier volwassenen ) Gelukig een magnetron , bestek , borden, kopjes, glazen thee en koffie genoeg voorradig net als handdoeken . Douchen was onhandig ; doordat de afzuiging niet goed was was echt ALLES nat , muren , vooer toilet enz enz . Er was precies 1 haak voor handdoek en kleding verder niets . Dit verplichte ons tot het de hele tijd open houden van de deur van de slaapkamer om het nog enigzins droog te houden . Gelukkig een goede airco want tussen de kier van de deur door kon je naar buiten kijken . Er is een zwembad maar geen kleedruimte ; het was s’avonds een beetje koud (2 graden) om daarnaar toe te lopen met je handdoekje om dus daar hebben we geen gebruik vN gemaakt Ik vondnhet een enorme tegenvaller voor dit geld en beveel het absoluut niet aan "
