'Important: there is ONE washer and ONE dryer that ONLY take quarters! It’s 2026 and you can not use a card for this! Of course lobby runs out of quarters quickly. And machines are always in use. This is important to note if you are there for a multi day tournament.'

'Wrong room was given to us and they were sold out. Full length mirror was ripped off the wall. Stains on the furniture and overall very beat up amenities. A child urinated on the floor during breakfast and the cleaning staff was going to wait til the breakfast was closed at 10 to actually mop it up and disinfect it. Overall terrible hotel for the price point. Pay a little extra and stay at one of the other two hotels on that road.'

'Room was clean, staff were professional, breakfast was average at best. There was no where available outside to sit and visit with friends, we either had to be in the lobby with several other groups gathered around the TV and a pinochle or cram into someone's room. A table and a few chairs outside would have been nice'

'Entrance to hotel initially harledd to see so had to make a u-turn back to driveway. Pictures on website indicated a sofa for the suite, but my room only had a chair. Once settled in, found out the TV did not work, and did not want to change rooms.'

'They charge customers for toilet paper choice hotels don't usually do under miss management and it has roaches my stove was broken never fixed.'

'It was our first time staying in a Quality inn and we had a great experience, carpet and room were very clean ,,it was a welcoming sight after a long drive , I would definitely be staying there on our halfway stop to our destination.'

'The place was in a bad condition, there was roaches crawling everywhere, it stinks, no light bulbs in the room, it smells of smoke'

'Staff was very kind and friendly. The property was not very well maintained. Sheets and rooms were not very clean.'

'Staff shouldnt lie about what kind of rooms they have.reason I say this is because I booked a double bed room and when I got there was told all they have at the hotel is single bed rooms no double beds'

'Great value if you only want the basics. No coffee maker in the room, shampoo and soap barely came out of dispenser and continental breakfast was pitiful. A big drawback is there is no place to plug in a phone chargerb. But, clean place and great value for the money'

'My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the experience was negative. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. I was spoken to harshly and felt embarrassed by the way I was treated in front of other guests. The atmosphere around the property was chaotic, with people arguing, babies crying, and a general sense of disorder.
