This spacious 3000 square foot home is very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to make a wonderful romantic, family or holiday dinner. There are 4 bedrooms with high quality mattresses and linens which accommodate up to 9 guests. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, second room has a queen size bed with 1 single bunk (best suited for a child or nimble adult). Third bedroom has a queen size bed. Forth bedroom has 2 twin XL beds which convert into a king size bed, if requested. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable, Netflix and Prime Video as well as USB charging ports or cables. The house has 3 full bathrooms with showers.

The house has multiple locations to charge your electronic devices and has fast and secure WiFi. There is a dedicated workspace area for working on your laptop or writing out your postcards from all the wonderful places you visited during your stay!

Take in an amazing sunrise with your morning coffee from one of many decks, perhaps from the upper deck or lakeside. Perhaps eat your breakfast, lunch or dinner outside at the large dining table. Prepare your meals indoor in the kitchen or outdoor on the grill.

End your day around the fire pit sharing stories, eating s'mores or with a glass of wine on the swing. Delight in the moon's reflection on the water as it dances to the evening sounds of the lake.

Enjoy a number of board games and even a foosball game. Keep score, draw, play tic-tac-toe or hangman on the blackboard wall! Play chess, checkers or backgammon with a lake view.

Grab some fresh air and explore the lake with Kayaks, a canoe, a paddle board or large swan float available for use on property. During the winter, try your hand at ice fishing, cross country skiing or ice skating.

The lake house is perfectly located to take advantage of all the region has to offer! Enjoy leaf peeping, casinos, parks, museums, aquariums, historic towns, restaurants, skiing or stay local and enjoy East Hampton and the surrounding towns.
