'I absolutely loved my stay at the Red Cottage and it is my favorite place that I've stayed while visiting Wilmington. Peaceful, plenty roomy, less than 10 minutes to town and even closer to the lake. I have Celiac so have to bring items like a toaster to avoid cross-contamination but the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The team was super responsive even before my stay. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit! '

'Great place, fun little cozy spot. Not as secluded as it may appear in pictures. Farmhouse is about 100 feet away, and there are numerous other rentals nearby, so we had people walking around the house while we were there. Nice house, really enjoyed our stay, but not very private or secluded at all. If that’s ok with you, inside the place itself is nice.'

'My family and I loved our stay. This cabin had everything we needed and more. One thing we do wish we had was fans in the upstairs rooms, as we stayed in the summer time and it did get quite hot up there. The owners were very helpful, and amazing with communication. We would absolutely love to stay here again one day! '

'If I could give the Honeymoon Cottage 11 out of 10 stars, I would!Everything was lovely- it was just fantastic. We loved the cottage itself, the location, everything. It was cozy and comfortable. We will 100% be booking another stay. '

'Lovely historic cabin with fun and unique character and nice kitchen and porch. Only downside was that the wifi didn't work and, given that there is no cell coverage in the area, it was hard to get directions and generally go places because we rely upon our phones (for better or worse). The not television, however, was a big plus. Thank you.'

'Had a great stay, cozy log cabin, beds were very comfortable. So nice to have a few garbage bags, paper towels, soaps and toiletries!! Also some coffee filters:) Hot tub was great too! '

'The house was lovely - it was in a great location with great views just next to Bromley Mountain. It was very clean, very cozy, and had everything we needed. It was just two of us for this trip but the house is great for larger parties as well! The layout of the house is perfect and allows for everyone to be together in the upstairs living room which has a large fire place. It’s also close to Stratton which was a quick 17 minute drive. I would absolute stay there again!'

'Spacious (3 stories) and cozy house in a beautiful spot between Bromley and Stratton Mountains! We had fun with the pool table, sauna, and hot tub, and sitting with coffee on the back porch with a view of the foliage! '

'This was our second trip to this gorgeous property, and once again, we had a wonderful time. Our group of moms were able to relax in all areas of the home, including the pool and hot tub, fire pit outside and fireplace inside, and on the beautiful deck by the outdoor kitchen. Everything was clean and communication with the host was simple and easy.We so wish we could've stayed longer, but we will be back again next year!'

'The place was fine but the ac unit was not working . The high tempatures and humidity it was 85 inside the majority of time . I rented this place to work and relax and I spent my time waiting for hvac appointments etc and being hot, not able to sleep becuase of the heat. If the air conditioning was working it would’ve been really nice .'

'Overall the stay was okay. I am generally not a complainer, and have stayed in many rental properties. I was initially upset about the condition of the place, but I got used to it. It seems like the place is old and not well kept up. The inside of the house has a bad odor, also the septic smelled bad, so we had to keep the slider to the deck closed. I had to wipe down the kitchen table and counter because they were dirty. Lots of cobwebs (I have them too, but I don't rent my house out.) The bed...

'What a fantastic stay! This house is the perfect mix of classic Vermont charm and modern luxury. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the thoughtful details really made it special. 'Spectacular view and very peaceful.'

'We love this property for a family/friends vacation. It allows everyone to have their own bed/bath. The backyard has a fenced in area for our dog and multiple firepits (which we did not use this year due to the drought in the area). The property has seen recent upgrades/renovations which only enhanced our stay. Alex is very responsive to any questions of issues that might arise. We will definitely be back!'
