'Was a comfortable space. Help or info was a phone call away. It was a well maintained lovely old apartment building that was in a neighborhood of lovely old buildings. '

'Beds were comfortable, nice size rooms and dining table nice size for us to play games. Sorry about the cut grass being brought into house by us and maintenance guy when he fixed sink in kitchen. He was fast. You can’t sneak around because the squeaky floors give you away but that’s what you expect from an older house in town 😊'

'We stayed there over MSU graduation weekend. Since we only needed to relax and sleep there, this property really fit the bill. The owner is very responsive and friendly. There is a full eat in kitchen that is stocked with essentials. Linens and towels are clean, very soft and comfortable... It is well water, so bring bottled water. My husband liked the shower, but it did release the sulfuric smell... It is a really great value for your money. We were very pleased with our stay.'

The lock on the dirty front door is also not working reliably. The description on the Vrbo listing is rather confusing. Lovely location!'

'It was a great place great location parking was a small issue. Didn’t need to be super clean but the bottom of the fridge and bottom of the garbage cans are very very dirty. Also there was no apron and no aluminum foil or saran wrap I’m not sure maybe we should’ve brought our own. 'I was happy with my stay. The property is an old farm house that's been split into 3 different rentals, and I was in the smallest. It did not have a full kitchen, but I think that's reflected in the price. The setting is peaceful and pretty, and I saw a LOT of deer! I did reach out to the owner in advance to make sure I could bring my pet bird (we were having a new furnace installed and I didn't want her around the fumes), and she responded right away and was very friendly. 'We used this property to celebrate our daughter's graduation from MSU - we live about 8 hours away. This was was nothing short of magical!! The hosts were amazing. We created so many wonderful memories here - we cannot thank you enough!!!! Book this house if you need space - plus a huge backyard!!!!!! In the country -but 15 minutes from MSU! So wonderful!'

'When we first drove up we we were a little surprised by the condition of the outside of the house. The siding is dirty, the paint is peeling, and the bushes are overgrown. However the inside of the house was clean and well appointed. We had a throughly pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out process was effortless and communication with the host was perfect. And it was close to everything we needed MSU, shopping, and parks. The host was very thoughtful.
