All-inclusive hotels in East of The Strip

'Decoration is not that nice, try to copy the French style but not succeeded. Acoustic insulation was horrible. People at the reception not super friendly.'

Upon arrival, we had to change our family room twice — the first room had a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently. The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables....

'Each suite has a private owner so be aware of this fact. It was reported that the hotel isn’t pet friendly but owners will bring their pets.The linen on the bed wasn’t very clean. It is my perception that there was possibly some type of pest infestation on the mattress such as bed bugs, fleas, dust mites, etc. because I experienced what appeared to be bites all over my body. I could not sleep due to this issue, therefore requested to switch rooms but was essentially dismissed by the Front Desk...
