Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently. The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables....

'The property itself is nice the room was just ok. The room looks very dated. From the couches to the curtain it looks like it’s stuck in the late 90s. Not what I expected for how much it cost. It was a suite with a balcony. It was fairly clean but there were a few areas where the rug and and the base boards were coming off. It also seemed that the small kitchenette had not been wiped from the previous guests. Still had spill stains rundown the side of the counter. The balcony furniture...
