'Mardi Gras hotel is a fine place to stay. It is not a five star hotel so don't expect 5 star rooms. The rooms are good enough, big and clean. The bed is fine. The breakfast has enough options but is not luxurious. Most important for me: the people behind the counter are nice and helpfull. 15 minutes walk to Sphere. 25 minutes walk to the Strip. Bus 108 is nearby for trips downtown (buy a ticket in the bus for 5 dollars for full day travel on all lines). If you don't want to spend too much money...

'We stayed here for the BSB sphere show and it was perfect. Hotel itself was very clean, rooms were clean, Essentials store was very convenient, Starbucks convenient, the Good Plate was great for breakfast. I love Westin beds, so comfy. All Westins have that fragrance pumped through their ducts. It’s not my favorite but it didn’t surprise me and didn’t affect my choice to book. Easy walk to Sphere, Linq promenade, Venetian and even Bellagio/Paris area. We wanted something within walking distance...
