'We picked this place all on location to be close to family. Let me start by the host did communicate back with me to try and make things right. I will say he did try. Just upon checking in there were 3 guys in the place at 430 doing maintenance and a car in the driveway with a couple of people . When asked they said they run the errands for them. They were spraying for bugs , which to me was no problem but to it should have been done before checking in. When I arrived the house smelled . Almost...

'The rooms were spacious, the bedding was clean, and the furniture was acceptable. The house needs some maintenance pretty badly. The flooring, decking, patio furniture and flooring above the kitchen needs to be replaced. The dishes were dirty, sink upstairs and bathtub areas need a good scrub, and there was quite a bit of dust on the walls and ceilings. The bedrooms and living room area was nice. Definitely not a five star. '

'The best part of this location is that it was perfectly located for my work needs. Seemed liked a safe neighborhood and unfortunately the house was minimally stocked for kitchen usage. To spend 13 days at a property you’d think the proper supplies would be available. Hopefully the host takes my private message into consideration. The Wi-Fi is by far the worst and again for being there solely for work I had to rely on my personal hot spot to complete my days work.'

'Our stay was great! The property was clean overall and in a great location for family we were visiting. The decor was absolutely amazing and the home was the perfect size for my family of 4. I will definitely be re-booking when we visit again.'

'The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental.'

'We needed a place to stay in Peoria for the whole family (dog included) and this place was perfect! The decor was just my style. If you love the 70s/80s, this is the place for you! Very clean, bigger than it looks from the outside. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed and a grocery store was 10 minutes away.'
