'I enjoyed how walkable the location is to shops, and restaurants.'

'Good spot for a weekend getaway! Convenient location for Lake Geneva and the surrounding towns. Host communication and response time excellent! Exactly as described. '

'This is a very nice location away from the normal heavy traffic in Lake Geneva. Megan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some great suggestions for restaurants that addressed some dietary restrictions. There are a couple of nice places to eat close to the property and it is an easy drive to any of the activities nearby.'

'Uniquely, beautiful location. Communication was friendly and prompt. The rental was clean and welcoming.'

'Communication with Sean was great. The property had everything we needed on our stay. It was nice that we didn't bring or even need to go get a bunch of odds and ends, because they were provided. Tons of lounging spots, which was great with our teenage daughters lol. We would definitely stay again.'

'Great house, great host!'

'Great place!'

'Modern Waters was a great place for our girls’ reunion. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is fantastic -walking distance to downtown. The host was very accommodating, professional, and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.'

'We had a wonderful stay! Tania was very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-stocked with everything you need. We appreciated the extras, like the coffee bar.'

'Cute house close to all the fun lake Geneva has to offer!'

'This was a great spot for the large group we needed. The hosts were responsive and informative of the area and the property.'

'Dave was very responsive and kind. The home was clean and great to stay in for a short amount of time. There is only one shower/bath and the other bathrooms are half baths. For a group of 7 girls we made it work but if we were to stay here longer and had a bigger group we would need to find a stay with at least 2 showers. Other than that, it was a great stay!'

'This house was absolutely amazing!!! Perfect location and big enough for 15 ppl to fit comfortably and still have our own space!!! Will definitely rent this house again!!!!'

'Perfect property and location for our extended family of 16.'
