'I had to literally take my disabled husband to a gas station shower to be able to clean him up because property had no hot water. He has issues that need proper hygiene with hot water. I was offered no refund for failure to provide and essential service. I was offered points but we do not use this program, we paid in full, not points. '

'The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. '
