'I don’t usually leave reviews and we visit this location quite a bit and stay at another hotel but thought I would try Hampton Inn out,Sherri at front desk was awesome, she changed our room after I told her about not sleeping well at all in the bed that we had the first night, she was the one who also prepared the breakfast that morning, which my husband said was one of the best breakfast he had had in the places we had stayed in.Thank you again Sherri '

'Hotel ligt erg gunstig om Memphis te bezoeken (parkeerkosten Memphis zijn laag). Enige wat verbetering behoeft is de housekeeping aangezien we twee keer om het wisselen van handdoeken hebben gevraagd in plaats van dat ze dagelijks kijken of er iets nodig is. '

'The staff were very helpful and friendly Clean facilities, very comfortable. Catered to our group of ten from Australia. The buffet breakfast was great, a wonderful variety of food. They have an on-site restaurant with authentic Southern-style food- superb customer service from Shannon and the chef Blane! Misty and Buja at the reception was a great help! Highly recommend staying here. '
